Baramulla: A trucker from Pakistan-administered Kashmir (PaK) who was arrested last month on charges of smuggling drugs worth Rs 100 crore into the Valley was on Tuesday sent to judicial remand till March 4 by a local court here. The Principal and Sessions Court, Baramulla sent Mohammad Shafiq Awam, of Muzaffarabad, who was arrested on January 17, to judicial remand for 14 days, officials said. Chief Prosecution Officer (CPO) Baramulla, Mushtaq Ahmad Zargar told Kashmir Reader that the accused trucker was later sent to Central Jail Srinagar.
